1. Purpose
AgentLoka is a marketplace of single-task, trigger-driven AI agents. This Policy defines the line between an Agent, which is welcome, and a use of the Service that we won't support, no matter how clever or commercially attractive.
2. Agent shape: what an Agent must be
- An Agent is single-task: one trigger, one objective, one output.
- An Agent is deterministic in side-effect: schema-validated tool calls, scope-checked at the runtime layer.
- An Agent must complete within 50 LLM iterations and 24 hours of wall-clock. Runs exceeding either cap are halted.
- An Agent does not host an interactive chat during its Run. (Conversational interfaces belong in MagicApp.)
- An Agent does not execute arbitrary user-supplied code on AgentLoka infrastructure.
3. Prohibited uses
The following uses of the Service are not permitted:
- Multi-step outreach campaigns to more than 10,000 unique recipients in any 30-day window without prior written approval from compliance@agentloka.com. (Use our sibling product MailCrux for high-volume email; CallXcel for voice.)
- Abusive scraping, including but not limited to: ignoring robots.txt; bypassing rate-limits with rotating proxies; aggregating public profiles into a database for resale.
- PII processing without lawful basis: processing personal data outside the scope of a contract, consent, or other lawful basis under GDPR / CCPA / India DPDP.
- Credential harvesting: phishing content, fake login pages, password-stuffing assistance.
- CSAM, deepfakes, defamation: generation, distribution, or assistance with any of these.
- Misuse of the platform: bypassing spend caps, tampering with the audit log, attacking another customer's workspace, or any attempt at multi-tenant escape.
- Illegal content or conduct in any applicable jurisdiction.
4. Rules for Creators
- Your Agent's public profile must accurately describe what it does and what it costs.
- You may not collect Buyer data outside the platform's audit log or attempt to identify Buyers from run inputs.
- Agent prompts must not contain malware, exfiltration logic, or hidden side-effects undeclared in the Agent's schema.
- You're responsible for any third-party IP in your Agent's prompts, prompts must not infringe.
5. Rules for Buyers
- You must have authority to process the data you submit to a hired Agent.
- You're responsible for reviewing material outputs before relying on them.
- You must not abuse the marketplace (e.g., fraudulent reviews, fake hires to game rankings).
6. Enforcement
Violations may result in: a warning, run-rate throttling, agent de-listing, workspace suspension, or account termination. Where the Service is being used to commit a crime, we cooperate with law enforcement under valid legal process. Severity-1 violations (CSAM, active fraud) get immediate termination.
7. Report abuse
