Senior Go Engineer

Platform·Remote (US / EU / India time-zones)·Full-time·$160k–$220k + equity

Own the run engine: Temporal-based durable execution, audit log, and the agent runtime. You'll work directly with the founding team on the system every AgentLoka customer touches every day.

What you'll do
  • Extend the Temporal-based run engine: retries, checkpoints, dead-letter handling
  • Harden the LLM safety rails (scope checks, schema validation, prompt-injection defense)
  • Build the audit log v3: chained hashes, S3 export, SIEM streaming
  • Pair with the integration team on the OAuth gateway
What we want
  • 5+ years writing production Go
  • Operated systems with Temporal, Cadence, or a similar durable-execution engine
  • A taste for the boring guarantees: append-only, idempotent, signed

Founding Product Manager

Product·San Francisco preferred, Bangalore considered·Full-time·$180k–$240k + significant equity

Sit between buyers, builders, and publishers. Define the weekly ship cadence. Own the changelog, the pricing page, the marketplace ranking signals.

What you'll do
  • Own discovery for 3 of the 5 strategic axes (distribution, trust, creator economy, edge conversion, MCP)
  • Run the weekly ship review; help engineering pick the right thing to do next
  • Write the changelog. Write the pricing page. Write the launch posts.
  • Be the voice of the user: onboarding interviews, support shadows, churn diaries
What we want
  • 5+ years shipping product, ideally at a developer- or marketplace-shaped company
  • Confident with SQL and reading prod logs: you can answer your own questions
  • Strong writing. We ship in public, and the prose is the product.

Growth Engineer

Growth·Remote (US / EU / India time-zones)·Full-time·$140k–$190k + equity

Build the distribution layer: public agent profiles, MCP servers, embed widgets, social cards. Make AgentLoka famous through the agents people build on it, not through a billboard.

What you'll do
  • Own the public agent profile pages (SEO, OG cards, structured data)
  • Iterate on the embed widget: every embed is a billboard
  • Build the MCP server export pipeline + Claude / ChatGPT desktop tutorials
  • Run growth experiments end-to-end: hypothesis to dashboard to retro
What we want
  • 3+ years shipping growth surfaces (any stack: we use Vite + React + TS + Tailwind)
  • Comfortable in the build pipeline (Vite, sitemaps, structured data, OG generation)
  • An SEO eye: you can spot a stale canonical at 200 paces

Customer Success Engineer

Customer Success·Remote (US / EU / India time-zones)·Full-time·$110k–$150k + equity

Be the first voice every new workspace hears. Diagnose, fix, and turn 'this didn't work' into a changelog entry. Own the success of our early Business customers.

What you'll do
  • Run onboarding for new Pro and Business workspaces
  • Triage support tickets, write runbooks, and own the customer-facing status page narrative
  • Sit between customers and engineering: translate, prioritise, advocate
  • Build the support knowledge base and the docs that fix the question for everyone
What we want
  • 3+ years in a CS-engineer / solutions-engineer / TAM role at a B2B SaaS
  • Comfortable reading logs, writing SQL, and explaining a stack trace in plain English
  • Empathy for both the developer and the buyer: they're the same person on AgentLoka
