Numbers assume a 600-token in / 200-token out completion on a current frontier model. The point isn't that AgentLoka is the cheapest. It's that for the workloads we're best at (auditable, marketplace-shareable single-task agents with zero infrastructure), the markup buys real things.
The questions we get asked most.
How does the per-token platform markup work?
AgentLoka calls LLM providers on your behalf with caching and enterprise zero-retention contracts where available. We add 30% to the provider's published per-token rate, billed at run time. Every run shows you the exact pass-through cost and the markup line item.
When am I billed?
Platform fees ($0 / $20 / $200) are billed monthly on the day you signed up. Per-token usage is metered live and debits your prepaid balance. We never sweep your card without warning; auto-recharge is opt-in.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing. Cancellation is immediate; you keep access through the end of the paid period. There is no termination fee on Pro. Business contracts follow the agreement terms.
What's the refund policy?
Usage is metered in real time and balance never expires, so we don't issue refunds for unused credit. If something failed on our side (wrong charge, broken integration, platform incident), we credit your balance with a one-click ticket.
Do you take a cut of what creators earn?
No. Creators receive 100% of the price they set on their agent. Stripe Connect fees are netted by Stripe before payout; AgentLoka takes 0% commission on the agent price. Our revenue is the platform markup on AI usage and the platform fee on buyers.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New accounts get $10 of platform credit on signup, no card required. You can run hundreds of small agents before you ever see a payment screen.
What if I run out of credit mid-run?
If auto-recharge is on, we top up (default: add $25 when balance drops below $5) and continue. If it's off, the agent halts cleanly at its next checkpoint and the partial output is preserved.
How is per-token cost calculated exactly?
Provider input tokens × provider input rate + provider output tokens × provider output rate × 1.30 (the platform markup). Tool calls have their own integration costs, listed before you run. Every run produces an itemised receipt you can export.
Are there volume discounts?
Yes, Business accounts get tiered markup discounts starting at $1,000/mo in usage (markup drops from 30% to 22%) and again at $10k/mo (down to 14%). Talk to sales@ for the full schedule.
Do you offer enterprise contracts?
Yes. Business tier includes DPA, custom MSA, security questionnaires, and dedicated support. Volume agreements, SOC 2 reports under NDA, and a self-host option for regulated workloads are all available. Email sales@agentloka.com.
Can I bring my own LLM API key?
Not in v1. The platform routes through provider keys to negotiate prompt caching, enterprise zero-retention, and HIPAA-tier coverage where required. BYOK is on the roadmap for Business tier.
What counts as a 'run' on the Free tier?
Any agent invocation that reaches the model, whether via web, schedule, webhook, or MCP. Background polling, debug previews, and the visual try-out don't count toward the cap.
